Returns and replacement or refund will be offered only in cases where the merchandise arrives damaged or defective, or where an incorrect item was shipped.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or a different item from what you ordered. You have 7 days after receiving your shipment to request a return.

To return an item, contact me via email.

Please indicate the issue, and include images of the problem, as well as a copy or photo of the receipt or proof of purchase. I will then assess the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed with a return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which is not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Replacement vs Refund
It is my goal to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, so in the case of a damaged or incorrect item, I will endeavour to send a replacement, repair or correct the damage, or offer an alternative item or equal or greater value. In cases where this is not possible due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many of my pieces, a refund for the original cost of the item will be offered via the method that you paid with.
