Payment Method
All orders are secure transactions processed through Square. Clicking Buy Now will take you to the Sheryl Kirby Creates page on the Square website.
Shipping Rates
All prices include standard postal shipping. If you require a different shipping method, or are purchasing multiple items in one order, please contact me before proceeding with your order.
All orders are processed within one (1) business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
International Shipping
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges, if they are applied, are your responsibility as the customer.
Packaging
To keep shipping costs low and cut down on waste in general, items will be shipped with the least amount of packaging necessary to ensure your items arrive safely. For items such as rubber necklaces, this will mean the item will be inside a mesh bag placed inside a plastic or recyclable mailer with no extra packaging, padding, or additional “gift” items.
Local pickup/delivery
I do not offer local delivery. To purchase handmade items in person, please visit me at Toronto Dark Arts Market. If there is a specific item you are interested in, please contact me ahead of time so I can be sure to bring it with me and set it aside for you.
